I have gained my professional experience working in managerial positions in companies dealing with investment projects. For several years I have been successfully managing investment processes of property development companies using extensive and constantly updated knowledge in the field of real estate investments, with particular emphasis on structuring and obtaining funding. I have been the Managing Director of the whole investment group since 2017. When managing enterprises, I try to combine the energy and creativity of young staff with the experience of people working in the profession for many years. Following the example of Richard Branson, I believe that the most important thing in an enterprise is the capital of conscious employees, people with passion and willingness to act, capable of introducing changes, as well as focusing on the results and consequences of using these methods.
