Development Investments

For years, we have been carrying out development projects in Kraków, through which we have commercialized buildings with a total usable area exceeding 250 000 m².

Our portfolio includes investments such as: Zakątek Tyniecki, Apartamenty Kosocicka, Osiedle Harmonia, Podedworze 9, and Cieszyńska 9.

We are currently working on additional projects involving several thousand apartments.

Construction

Oversight of this sector within our holding is managed by the Krakowskie Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego (the Kraków Society for Social Housing), one of the oldest organizations of its kind in Poland, of which we are the owners. During over 20 years of operation, several buildings have been constructed under the TBS model.

We have now expanded our activities, and as KTBS, we manage and administer nearly 2000 residential units, over 600 of which are part of our own resources.

Investments

We specialize in capital placement and acquiring shares in capital companies, as well as investment funds with high dividend potential or a projected upward value trend.

The Westa Investments Group continuously invests in capital companies, including through purchases or restructuring. We also specialize in supporting and investing in startups and technology projects.
