In our activities, we integrate traditions and best practices with a modern business approach. We implement projects related to development investments and service real estate, invest in startups and modern technologies, and support clients in legal advisory.

We want to be part of the energy transformation in Poland, which is why we have been active in the field of renewable energy for several years. Currently, we are developing Poland's first hydrogen hub project—a fully integrated infrastructure for the production, storage, distribution, and use of hydrogen as a carrier of green energy.

We are committed to ensuring that Poland joins the ranks of key renewable energy producers in Europe, which is the future.

He began his professional career in the early 1990s, developing in the fields of trade and services. His passion for entrepreneurship is a continuation of family traditions, which, combined with solid values and a modern business approach, enable the realization of the most ambitious projects.

He specializes in the sustainable development of projects and the meticulous preparation of investments, particularly in the commercial real estate sector. His ability to analyze potential risks and opportunities allows for the creation of long-term strategies adapted to the changing economic and social realities. In his work, he values building lasting business relationships and supporting young talents by providing them with opportunities for growth and experience.

Julia Bogdanowicz

“At Westa Investments, I oversee projects related to property management and construction works.”

For several years, she has successfully managed investment processes for development companies, with a particular focus on structuring and financing acquisition processes.

She has been associated with Westa Investments since 2017, where she holds the position of director of the investment group and implements projects in finance and residential construction. When managing companies, she consciously combines the energy and creativity of young talent with the experience of those who have been professionally active for many years.

Piotr Paluch

“At Westa Investments, I handle negotiations, investment management, and am responsible for the legal development and restructuring of business projects.”

An experienced legal advisor who has served as the managing partner at the law firm KPPM Paluch and Partners for years, working with clients from both Poland and abroad. His extensive legal knowledge and negotiation skills have allowed him to build a strong reputation in the industry. Since 2006, he has also held the position of Honorary Consul of the Republic of Estonia in Kraków, highlighting his commitment to international relations.

He specializes in real estate law, investment analysis, and negotiations, combining these competencies in managing investment projects. At Westa Investments, he is responsible for the legal development of the group and the restructuring of complex ventures, supporting the implementation of key business strategies.
